THE ACCOUNTANT

Accounting, one of the oldest professions known to man… it’s the act of counting essentially… get it? Act + counting?… even I just figured that out, coincidence… anyway back to accounting: it’s you keeping track of things and and making regular reports based on your findings, it’s a word that’s more akin in financial circles, you say the word accounting or accountant and the image of a calculator or some bloke with a straight face at the end of a counter comes to mind… truth is accounting is more of a life term… everything can be accounted for, from how you spend time  to how many strokes you can get in during sex before you burst a nut(lol… I couldn’t help it, my profanity came through)and it’s in keeping count/cost that we get a true picture or should I say a whole picture of  our life situation…

So I have a secret to share: I came on the dailyritualliving  journey because I needed to be more accountable to myself… well, I tried doing that and failed so I figured I would be accountable to my imaginary fans… I figured the urge to get validated by you guys would push me to keep writing and help me become better at it, even better I decided to write about aspects of my life I would like to get better at, I have a certain level of ego, I figured I wouldn’t like to look like a bum to you guys, so I would naturally try to make better decisions and become better at them.

Anyway, this is me launching the real life section of the site; today I started with something I had hoped to do consistently: meditation… now with clarity of mind I would be daily coming on here to tell  on myself, I hope it’s daily anyway…  so what does this have to do with accounting? I am an accountant… the accountant… I would be accounting to you… I would be bringing tales and you have to listen and give feedback… sorry, you mustn’t listen and give feedback… don’t come back here!!!
